The product, in the report: Pella ThermaStar sliding patio door. The breakage was on the fixed side of the sliding door, the side which doesn’t move. Of the 2 panes of glass, it was the interior side window. Window size is approximately 4 feet wide and 8 feet tall.
Patio sliding door exploded on its own. Doing research, this looks like nickel sulphide spontaneous inclusion breakage of the tempered glass.
