The product, in the report: Kohler Sterling Vista Pivot II (#1500D)
Recently purchased Kohler Sterling Vista Pivot II (#1500D) & had it installed. My husband & I had been using the shower for about a week & everything was fine. Normal usage. About 1:30am one morning we awoke to a strange sound & wasn’t sure what it was, went to lay back down & then we hear a loud popping & screeching sound - we thought someone was breaking into our home. Our shower door had exploded into a million pieces. Thank goodness we were not in the shower or our 5 year old son.
