The product, in the report: METRO ENTRY DOORS ENTRY DOOR 37.5 X 81.6
Middle section of door glass fell out of the door and on to an 8 year old when he shut the door. My son closed the door and the middle section of window landed on his foot. The window did not break or cause injury other than a sore toe but it did scare him badly. Luckily he was wearing good shoes at the time of the incident but this really could’ve caused significant damage.

The product, in the report: 36 in. x 80 in. Reed Woodgrain 1 Lite Unfinished Oak Interior Door Slab
We bought a Feather River glass door from Home Depot. We had it professionally installed 3 months ago, walked in this morning to find it shattered, cracked from left to right, up and down, shards on the floor. I contacted both the seller and the manufacturer who wouldn’t do anything about it but offer me a discount on another door, of which the price had gone up by about $80. I was very disappointed. I was told by both Feather River and Home Depot that we would be responsible for removing and trashing it.
