The product, in the report: Geo Deck T&G Decking Material and Finishing Trim. Color is Cedar. The sizes are 5/4x6x12 decking and 7/ 16”x1 5/8” 12Ft finish trim.
Geo Deck was installed in Octiber 2003 and March, 2006. It started to crack and fall apart iin the spring of 2008. We contacted the store where it was purchased and they put us in touch with LDI Composites Co. I called them and they sent me a complaint form. I completed the form and sent it back to them with 9 photos, 4 pcs of deck trim, and receipts amounting to $3,420.. I did not hear from them, so I called them and they said there was nothint they could do about it.
Can you help me? I was told that someone in our area received reimbursement from the government, because of a law suit. We are Senior Citizens and cannot afford to replace the deck and it is literally falling apart.
