The product, in the report: Viking G-5 gate opener
I purchased a Viking G-5 gate opener. Every time it rains the gate opens by itself. I have a pool in the back of my house and consequently, there is a great risk that a child will be able to get into the backyard and could drown. I have been told by the installer subsequently that this is a known defect of this gate opener.
