I purchased a railing used for one or two step according to The Amazon’s description of the product. I purchased it for my elderly mother who has a artificial hip so she can walk up and down the steps safely. Thankfully there was no injuries. I purchased it Dec 2 2023 and installed it Dec 9 2023 and failed today Dec 10 2023. Amazon only refunded me for the cost of the product. I still have the railing. Amazon showed no concern. It also left permanent damage from the mounting bracket on the aluminum siding. The tubular railing broke clearly off the mounting bracket without excessive force or use.
