First aid Made May 9, 2012, sent to the company May 16, 2012, published by CPSC May 31, 2012
The product, in the report: NightLock door lock. It has a base that is screwed into the floor. The base has a slot through which you slide a bar that blocks the door from being opened.
I purchased three NightLock door barricades from:
http://nightlock.net Taylor Brothers Door Lock, LLC 1400 E. Coldwater Rd. Flint, Michigan 48505
The door lock consists of a base that is fastened to the floor and a bar that slides into a groove in the base. I cut my finger pretty badly on the upper edge of the groove in the base. I checked all three nightlocks that I purchased and all of them had razor sharp edges.
