The product, in the report: Simplisafe Smart Lock
I have 2 of the SimpliSafe Smart Locks that I recently connected to doors in my home. I noticed several times that after locking the door from the PIN pad outside, the lock would jam and it had to be forcibly opened from the inside or by using the app. This is a major safety issue as you can’t open the door manually from the inside of the house if there were and emergency without forcing the lock open. I thought this just may be a bad lock and went on their online support page. After many people reported the concern and had the same problem, SimpliSafe responded they are aware of the problem and working on a solution
