My COBIZI screen house was securely anchored using heavy-duty 10-inch steel spikes and ratcheting tie-downs when wind caused the structure to fail. The screws/fasteners at several frame connection points tore through the metal framing, allowing the structure to come apart. My wife was struck in the arm by the structure and knocked to the ground, landing on her head. Fortunately, she was not seriously injured
