The product, in the report: Flooring

Caller is reporting that the flooring is lifting up after it was installed approximately less than a year later, the areas that have the problems is where she walks all the time and feels that it poses a safety issue. She stated that she contacted the company and informed them that of the problem, they refused to assist her in coming out to inspect the flooring.

(05/04/2025) I have no model or serial #s, sent photo by email. (05/29/2025) Once again, I’m reaching out for help in this matter. I forwarded by e-mail more photos proving floor was installed correctly. This says to me it’s the product. Floor Mart has brushed me off completely. The whole house floor is now starting to lift. I’m concerned I might trip and get hurt or someone else. Please help me.
