The product, in the report: red cherry laminate flooring.

On or about 01/01/09 My wife ([REDACTED]) and I ([REDACTED]) began having health problems soon after we had laminate flooring installed in our downstairs Master bedroom and hallway. We purchased the flooring from Lowes, in Alabaster, AL. on 07/06/08. Item description is 117878 line Q red cherry laminate, made in china 00 47 44. We had the flooring installed by private contractor on approximately 09/08. Approximately 6 mos. after installation we began having unexplainable health issues and frequent doctor visits which have continued until this present date. With no knowledge of the formaldehyde issues related to laminate flooring from China until the Lumber Liquidators lawsuits, consequently we haven’t had the opportunity to discuss these issues with our primary doctors. My wife began having severe headaches, sleeplessness, disorientation, unstable, sinus problems, depression, mood swings, very tired and irritable and these issues have continued to present. I have had occasional headaches, itchy eyes, eye watering, eye discharge that cause matting at night, sinus problems, pressure in my ears, dizziness, disorientation, unstable, skin irritations. We would like to know where we might get the flooring tested for formaldehyde and what we need to do or contact to get this problem resolved. We have contacted local epa offices with no help. If the flooring identified in the Lumber Liquidators lawsuit from china contains high level of formaldehyde, it is more than likely the flooring sold by Lowes from china probably contains similar levels of formaldehyde. We have contacted Lowes and all they will tell us is that they have since discontinued this product. What should we do.
