The product, in the report: Ispiri 12 mm Poplar Forest Oak Laminate Flooring
Lumber Liquidators : Purchased and installed 370 feet of Dream Home Ispiri Poplar Forest Oak 12mm Laminate Flooring from Lumber Liquidators’ Crystal Lake, Illinois store on 12/02/2014. On 08/05/2017, I received the results of a first-time Formeldehyde test from ED Lab (Corporate Office = Clearwater, Fla) which showed a reading of .0992 ppm. This reading has been classified as ELEVATED by the Director of their testing lab. The results of this Lab Report were first made known (via Email) to Lumber Liquidators on Sept 12, 2017. Since that time Lumber Liquidators no longer responds to my email and phone calls. Since February of 2017, I have had a chronic productive cough and periodic upper respitory infections.
