The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: children’s play area coushioned flooring
I have recently been in contact with a distributor of children’s play area cushioned flooring that has not passed fire-resistant tests required in the US (typically called the “pill test”).
The specific distributor is Asessco Inc and their website is http://www.softfloor.com/
[REDACTED] is the owner tel [REDACTED]
I asked [REDACTED] for substantiation that their products can minimally pass the “pill test”. He wasn’t aware of it and didn’t care that his products didn’t pass. His contention is that if someone wants that test, they have to pay for it. He has virtually no consideration for the burning aspects of his products. Apparently he “is selling these products all over the place and it hasn’t been a problem”.
