The product, in the report: closed cell spray polyurethane foam
insulation polyurethane spray foam contractor has applied spray foam in my house roof attic . I was suspicious because it was bad odor. after a couple of weeks manufacturer representative came and stated that foam is good and odor will be gone within short time. approximately 1 years after application we moved in. and immediately we started getting sick. I didn’t connected this to foam at beginning. after approximate 8 month my 6 years old son was diagnosed with severe chronic Cohn’s disease and we still all coughing , after 2 years after application manufacturer representative came again and stated that product is bad and qualifies for removal, he also stated is thermally degraded because was applied to thick (over 2 inches, but product is thermally degraded also in places wher was applied accordingly to manufacturers directions even as 1 inch , and therfore is emitting toxic gases my son requires constant medications which gonna cost taxpayers millions of dollars over his lifetime. Carlisle roof foam and coatings is manufacturer [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
