The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Closed cell spray foam

In January of 2015, we had to have our attic re-done due to fiberglass contamination of house. A suggestion was made to put a light spray of spray foam on floor of attic to contain any fiberglass left after clean-up. From then on we have had severe health issues which continue to worsen as time goes by. Health issues include blisters on lips and tongue, severe salty taste in mouth that actually makes teeth hurt, nose bleeds, stomach problems, loose bowels, strong chemical smell in urine, eye irritation, irritability, low oxygen levels in blood, respiratory, to name a few. There is a burning paint smell that we smell as well as others who enter the house. We have found multiple dead insects in house including over a dozen dead flies in a few days. We have had people who contracted the work come, and One man left saying his mouth was burning. Others have complained of burning eyes when in house. An insulation specialist has told us spray foam should never be installed on floor of attic.

Help!! Spray foam is so dangerous. What can we do to remedy this!
