The product, in the report: Closed Cell foam material employed by Home Energy Medics and The Fifth Fuel insulation company. Contractor has not been forthcoming with providing the name of the material.

Home Energy Medics was hired to perform air sealing using closed-cell foam in my home. The company subcontracted to a company called The Fifth Fuel. The company was experiencing problems with the operation of their foam installation equipment while blowing in the foam which has resulted in a misapplication which has now created toxic fumes in our home due to off-gassing.
