Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: 8’ x 10’ Clear Vinyl Tarp - Fire Retardant 20 Mil Super Heavy Duty Transparent Waterproof PVC Tarpaulin with Brass Grommets - for Patio Enclosure, Temporary Wall, Multipurpose - by Xpose Safety Visit the Xpose Safety Store

Received a complaint that an outdoor patio was enclosed in tarps and was using patio heaters. While researching the manufacture of the tarps being used, I found a product that claims to be flame-retardant and meets the standards of NFPA 201. NFPA 201 is not a standard I’m aware of... This occupancy did not purchase the “flame-retardant,” and they are being removed; however, I almost sent them this other product as an example of what could be used.
