Caller is reporting a dangerous indoor or outdoor Christmas six foot Angel w/Dove of Peace - when plugged in then live electrical cords are lying on the ground. Caller believes that this ornament tripped his breaker and he believes that moisture was able to get inside the outlets causing this incident.
He has reported this incident to the local fire department.
No one has been injured
Caller cannot find a manufacturer on box or item.
