The product, in the report: 150 COUNT CLEAR MINI LIGHTS BY STARLITE CREATIONS MODEL NUMBER ML03-C150-A INDOOR/OUTDOOR CLEAR BULBS/GREEN WIRE

Product was being used indoors on a wooden ladder. I wrapped the lights around that ladder and they were plugged in for 1-2 hours before one of the bulbs shorted and smoke and flames started coming from the bottom of both side of the bulb. We were alerted by the burning plastic smell.
