The product, in the report: Haunted Living red lighted spider
10/28/18 - At approximately 9:30 PM - Upon opening a Haunted Living lighted spider (product #1026548) Halloween decoration at my daughter’s home we opened the battery compartment. My wife took one of the batteries placing it between her fingers and observed it to have a green ring. As my wife and daughter looked at the battery it popped & caused an eye injury causing an eye injury to my daughter’s right eye and swelling to my wife’s finger. We are in the process of contacting the Lowes store where we purchased the product and may be sending my daughter to the doctor in the morning to get medical attention.
