New christmas tree stand failed while in use. (after 4 days)
Whipped the tree to the ground, breaking ornaments, spilling one gallon of water. Fortunately we were home and saw it fall and were able to pull the electricity from the lights.
It appears that at least 3 of the molded plastic anchor points for the eye bolts failed. Visible cracks can be seen in the photographs.
