The product, in the report: 9’ Signature Balsam Fir Tree, Item 68609

I purchased the 9’ Signature Balsam Fir Tree, Item 68609 in November 2013 and have had nothing but trouble since I purchased. This product has serious electrical issues and is a safety problem. I have had to replace several fuses and just last night, the plug fuse section arced melted while plugged into the wall outlet! We are lucky the house did not burn down.
