The product, in the report: Michaels SKU 10368145 7ft. Pre-Lit Artificial Cashmere Pencil Christmas Tree, Clear Lights By Ashland®
I ordered a new Christmas tree from the Michaels store in Gateway Centre, Everett, Massachusetts and it was delivered with a missing plug and frayed wires (see photo). I called the store to tell them about the unsafe condition and to get a replacement tree from the store. The manager of the Michaels store would not handle the complaint, would not offer a replacement or a refund then told me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer and model of the Christmas tree was 7ft. Pre-Lit Artificial Cashmere Pencil Christmas Tree, Clear Lights By Ashland®. The distributor is Michaels Store Procurement Company Inc.
