The product, in the report: Pack of 5 Ultimate Brand Utility lighters by Elite Brands. Item #: 1285807. SKU: 8 30961 00484 3. Made in China. Co. ID. 1218

My wife lighted a candle in the kitchen with Ultimate Utility Butane Lighter (by Elite Brands). She let the trigger go after lighting the candle and put the lighter in the cabinet drawer. She smelt some smoke and opened the cabinet to notice the cabinet drawer liner to be on fire. We doused the fire immediately and noticed that the lighter was still on. Repeated the action to ensure that it was not a human error, but could replicate it every time we tried. The lighter would not go off once the trigger was released, and that the flame was not always visible. No injuries or damage since we noticed the fire right away.
