The product, in the report: TorchBlue Magnum XXL butane torch with locking mechanism manufactured by Novelty Inc

I was using the torch blue magnum xxl lighter manufactured by Novelty inc and the locking mechanism stuck in the on position. I set the torch down and did not notice that it was still on since the flame was not completely on as it had stuck slightly in the on position. Then I left the house. The lighter proceeded to catch the surrounding items as well as the walls and counter on fire. Luckily someone else was there and was able to safely extinguish the fire before it completely burned the house down.
