The product, in the report: CUE 2 disposable lighter

A CUE 2 lighter turned into a fireball in my face when I used it. A hole blew out the side and the butane ignited burning hair on my hand and face. I dropped the flaming lighter on a chair in my apartment and put that fire out with my hands.
