The product, in the report: Crocs Handy Lighter. Blue. Med Size.
“I was attempting to use a Crocs Handy butane utility lighter when the device suffered a severe malfunction. Instead of a standard ignition, a massive flare-up occurred, causing unexpected flames to shoot directly toward me, which singed my hair and caused a hazardous situation. Upon contacting the company and providing photographic proof of the product failure and personal injury, the company dismissed the safety concern and instructed me to mail the volatile, compromised, pressurized fuel lighter back to them via a standard return envelope, which violates postal hazardous materials shipping safety laws.”
