The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Acrylic products being sold on Temu.com as firestarters vary in size with some page listings showing 3cmx1cm. They even show people lighting them within a few inches of a facial PoV camera and are thus instructing people to use them significantly closer to breathing needs than is safe.
In the recent past, while browsing other products on temu.com, acrylic firestarters showed up in my feed. A simple search https://www.temu.com/search_result.html?search_key=acrylic%20fire%20starter&search_method=suggest&sprefix=acrylic%20fire%20starter Burning acrylic releases the incredibly toxic methyl methacrylate. Acrylic should NEVER be sold as a firestarter.
