Lucky Shot .308 Retractable Twist Pen was in patient pocket and exploded causing laceration and shrapnel injury. It is a pen made from a bullet. bought at academy sports, Product was in pocket and not in use at the time. Likely had left over gun powder and static electricity set off explosion is my guess.
