The product, in the report: Plastic Mover’s Dolly, Northern Tool #188225

Northern Tool product #188225 Plastic Mover’s Dollly. Stated capacity of 1200#. While using it only the second time for an item weighing no more than 400# two of the wheels fractured. Not cracked but fractured in half causing the piece of furniture to tip and nearly fall over. If it had been 1200# I doubt I could have stopped it from falling on someone.
