The product, in the report: Manufactured by Milwaukee Co. Sold by Home Depot Folding hand truck
I was using a hand truck purchased at Home Depot manufactured by Milwaukee Co. It came with a bungee cord. I had 2-3 boxed on the hand truck with the bungee cord securing it. It was being used in the normal manner. The hook of the bungee cord dislodged from the cord and the cord hit me in the eye causing severe injury.
