The product, in the report: 2 wheel hand dolly Model Item #62974

As I was using a hand dolly to move 2 bags of cow manure from the car to my back yard one of the wheels fell off the hub as I was going down 3 steps to get to my back yard. This dolly was purchased 2 years ago and has been hardly used. It is rated to handle up to 700 lb. My concern is with the safety of this item, someone could get hurt very badly moving a refrigerator down the stairs and same thing happening. This product is still sold by Harbor Freight Tools today. But when I contacted them they do not carry spare wheels. I was told by a welding professional that the weld that is suppose to hold the fire rim to the axle hub was not deleted properly. The weld only penetrated the hub and none on the rim.
