The product, in the report: cigarette lighter in the shape of a toy gun without a safety feature
WARNING TO PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN!! My grandson was shopping with his parents fully supervised at the Tsunami Surf Shop at 13523 NC HWY 50, Surf City, NC. He is 5 years old and was playing with the toys displayed below the counter at his eye level, where he came in contact with a cigarette lighter in the shape of a toy gun; he held each end of the lighter with both hands and pulled the trigger. Unfortunately he was badly burned. When the person working in the store was notified of the incident, he was very rude, and dismissed the matter as if it were a trivial issue. Children should not have ready access to cigarette lighters, especially those that look like toys not to mention displayed near the toys.
