The product, in the report: green disposable lighter , it has Solar on the head of the product
I am setting in the living room watching t.v. and I hear a sizzling noise coming from my coffee table, it was a green lighter. I picked it up held it to my ear the noise was coming from the lighter, leaking fuel. I broke it up and disposed of it, but what if it exploded and something caught fire my apartment would have burned, this is an unsafe device and something has to be done. I recorded the noise coming from the lighter on my smart phone.
