The product, in the report: Colibri Enterprise III
I filled the Colibri Enterprise III lighter with butane fuel. I pushed the button to light, flames came out of the body and engulfed the lighter and my hand. I was able to quickly toss the lighter to the floor, fortunately there were no burns to me or property damage. I took the lighter outside and repeated to see if this was a single occurrence, exact same result.
