Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Infant mesh sling carrier, with a brand label saying “Shiaon” and very little other information. https://www.amazon.com/Shiaon-Carrier-Shoulder-Lightweight-Carrying/dp/B0B6Z9SVXG
My parents purchased a Shiaon baby sling mesh carrier to carry my month old child. I tried to do my due diligence to make sure it is safe, and believe it does not comply with cpsc requirements for soft or sling infant carriers. For one thing, it has no safety label or instructions attached to the carrier itself. I have asked them not to use this carrier with my child, since there is no indication that the company has complied with minimum safety standards.
As far as I can tell, this link shows the same carrier they showed me https://www.amazon.com/Shiaon-Carrier-Shoulder-Lightweight-Carrying/dp/B0B6Z9SVXG
