The product, in the report: Sling barrier. Arrived with no instructions, no safety registration card, no product model, no product serial number,.no manufacturer date. Arrived in plain plastic bag with Bambora on bag. No instructions included on how to safely use. Even their website only provides a video of a consumer using the product, basically created by an influencer. Found a video on [REDACTED] wanring people about this product and the misleading advertisements and the company even incentivising influencers to push sales. This is the product page on manufacturers website: https://bamboraco.com/products/toddler-sling-carrier#rp-customer-widget-home

Purchased a sling baby carrier that was being heavily advertised on social media as a hands free carrier. Received product, that was shipped from China. Product arrived with zero instructions, no safety labels, nor did it have a product registration card. I tried the sling with my baby and it did not produced sufficient support, back was exposed, legs were not positioned correctly. I promptly started a return of the product. Manufacturer required that I pay return shipping and upon receiving the product they would inspect to determine if it was eligible for a refund. I have shipped the product back to them already.
