The product, in the report: Winnie the Pooh Infant Bouncer. Purchased in 2012. Green seat (cover over wire frame) with bar that attaches to seat, arches over it, and has Pooh, Tigger, and honey pot hanging from it. Seat vibrates.

Winnie the Pooh Infant Bouncer - the toy bar over the top slides into side holes, then forward. My son was pushing on the bar near the place where it connects to the chair, pushed it back, and it then slid forward and pinched his fingers. The bar does not lock into place, you only need to push it back to get move it, and then when it falls forward it pinches.
