  1. No one hurt

Made Aug 12, 2025, sent to the company Aug 15, 2025, published by CPSC Aug 29, 2025

The product, in the report: Ingenuity Keep Cozy 3-in-1 Grow with Me Vibrating Baby Bouncer Seat & Infant to Toddler Rocker, Vibrations & Toy Bar, 0-30 Months Up to 40 lbs (Pink Burst) . Sold on amazon

We had our 4 day old newborn in this great reviewed amazon 3 in 1 rocker. I triple checked the instructions and reviewed their advertising and it is assembled as instructed. When you have the baby in bouncer mode, which we had our baby inside during the incident. We went to slide the bouncer a little bit forward to make room and the kick stand on the back completely collapsed down and my baby while still strapped in and the rocker slammed into the ground and immediately my daughter was shaken up and began to scream. This is a terrible design and needs to be taken off the shelves immediately

The product, in the report: Ingenuity Keep Cozy 3-in-1 Grow With Me Baby Bouncer, Rocker & Toddler Seat

The stand on the chair that keeps it from rocking folds in very hard and abruptly at the slightest of movement, slamming the back of the chair down and potentially harming the child. My sons father expressed concerns of shaken baby syndrome, and we took our son to his pediatrician for examination. Another consumer posted a review on the retailers website stating they had an issue as well, and that the product should be recalled.
