The product, in the report: Ergobaby Evolve 3-in-1 Bouncer
Our Ergobaby Evolve 3-in-1 Bouncer suddenly broke and collapsed while our 11 month old daughter was sitting in it. She immediately fell to the ground. The bouncer was secured and locked in the highest position. The mechanism closest to the bottom of the seat seems to have snapped or cracked.
