The product, in the report: Baby Rocking Chair

I a bought a Baby Relax - Deluxe Glider Rocker and Ottoman, Walnut from Walmart. Walmart number 260094110

Several times the hardware under the base of the main chair falls off all on it’s own. The gliding motion causes the bolt and washer to slide loose and come off the chair. This has happened several times without me knowing it. I have found the small parts on the floor in my baby’s room. Due to this chair being in a baby/child’s room this posses a choking hazard/ risk. Since purchasing this rocker I have read other reviews of other customers having the same problem, making this not an isolated event. Instead it must be a design problem. Thus I feel this warrants a recall of this product so the manufacturer can correct the problem.
