The product, in the report: Infant/toddler plush rocker shaped as a train.
My 19 month old is able to use this plush rocker and top over to the front with it. He will stay seated due to the construction and hit the ground head first slamming the head into his neck due to the rocker and his body following the motion. No injury occurred since i watched it and stopped his head from actually hitting the ground.
