The product, in the report: Deluxe Portable Bouncer Color organic oat

My baby is 5 months old (will be 6 months in 3 days) and fell headfirst out of this bouncer. One of the straps was undone. The slot to fasten the harness had been widening and the harness was never snug on the baby but I thought it would be safe. Now I am seeing reviews on Amazon that the same thing happened to other babies. Fortunately my baby seems to be okay but I dont think this product is safe.
