No incident, no one hurt Made Jul 11, 2025, sent to the company Jul 16, 2025, published by CPSC Jul 30, 2025
The product, in the report: Amazon Baby Bath Seat for Babies 6 Months & up, Non-Slip Toddler Bath Seat for Baby & Newborn, Sit Up Bath Seat for Baby,Grey.
Baby infant bath seat. I see a recall for the model number under a different seller name. I bought mine off Amazon from the seller Trankerloop. My product has the same model number that was recalled. Wanted to make sure you were aware of this seller on Amazon selling the same recalled product with matching model numbers. I stopped using it before I saw the recall because I realized it was unsafe. I ordered it in December 2024. My baby was locked in and the suction cups came loose and my baby tipped over in the bathtub trying to crawl and get out while his lower half was still locked under the arm attachments. I was scared realizing this could be a drowning hazard. Then later I saw the recall.
