The product, in the report: Summer Infant my bath seat Aqua colored.
My 10 month old was in the bath in the summer infant bath seat when he turned to get a toy. His leg slipped out and went into the side hole and I was unable to get him out. I was able to get his left leg out of the farthest hole and into where his right leg should have been so his hips where not as far apart before 911 arrived. We had to call 911 for them to get him out of it.

The product, in the report: Bath Seat
The caller is a pediatrician. She says that an 8 week old child sustained a serious skull fracture and bleeding on the brain. She says the child fell out of the bath seat. She says that the child was in the seat on the floor. The dad went to pick the seat up with the child in it.
She says the hinge near the head folded up so that the child was launched out of the seat onto the floor. She says the lower hinge has a latch but the upper hinge does not. The child is going to be fine. She says there should be a warning label to not pick up the seat with the child in it.
Victim received Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit Treatment.
