First aid Made May 5, 2015, sent to the company May 13, 2015, published by CPSC May 28, 2015
The product, in the report: Safety 1st Space Saver Fold-Up Infant Tub Model No.: BH058BLU Dimensions: 30”L x 10.5”W x 10.5”H Color: Blue
I was giving my 2 month old baby a bath in the “Safety 1st - Space Saver Fold-Up Infant Tub” and his foot got stuck under the folding part of the bathtub. It was fully extended and clicked open. I was with him the entire time and he screamed out in pain. His little toe got stuck and it was cut open. I have broken it apart and disposed of it so it cannot be used again by anyone else.
There is no safe way to use this tub. Please help take it off the market or have the manufacture change the product.
Thank you. You provide a great service.
