The product, in the report: This product is a baby bath seat, suitable for babies 6 months and above. The bath seat has a thermometer and 4 powerful suction cups, and has anti-slip and foldable functions. Comes in gray and measures 14”D x 3.5”W x 10”H

I recently purchased a bathtub seat from the ANNICOO brand on Amazon (here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/ANNICOO-Bathtub-Non-Slip-Adjustable-Backrest/dp/B0C33DD5X8/), I checked some safety-related articles before using it on my baby. I found it to be very similar to the product recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (here is the link to the recalled product: [REDACTED]), I am concerned about a safety hazard for my baby, please verify if the product meets federal safety standard requirements--including requirements for stability and leg openings, and can tip over while in use, posing a drowning hazard to babies.
