The product, in the report: Circo blue and green booster seat with white straps
We have one of the Target Circo booster seats, but with a code of XJ0611. There were at least three times in the past that I was certain I had fastened the seat belts on my baby, but he leaned forward and fell onto the tile floor -- one time hitting his head pretty badly. I couldn’t figure out how an 18 month old was strong enough to undo the straps, but it appears that the straps were coming open on their own. My seat number is not currently included in the recall, however.
