No incident, no one hurt Made Aug 3, 2023, sent to the company Aug 8, 2023, published by CPSC Aug 22, 2023
The product, in the report: Regalo 2-in-1 My Chair with tray. Camping style high chair/booster. Gray fabric with white metal and white snap on tray.
Baby high chair with faulty buckles on the safety straps used to strap it to a chair. The buckles unsnap without the clips being depressed, just with the slightest pressure from pulling on the straps. We discovered it because they came undone as we tried to tighten the straps after buckling them.
