The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Feb 17, 2018, sent to the company Feb 26, 2018, published by CPSC Mar 12, 2018

The product, in the report: Ingenuity baby base 2 - in - 1. Grows with baby up to 2 years. Pictures a baby on it with the tray sitting on the floor.

My baby was sitting in this seat on my living room floor eating his dinner. After he was done eating he still wanted to sit and play with the toys on the tray. The whole seat flipped over when he leaned forward and landed on his face on the carpet..the bottom part of his body was still stuck in the seat.

The product, in the report: It is the ingenuity baby base 2 in 1

The ingenuity 2 in 1 baby seat is very unsafe. It shows in the picture, a baby in the seat on the floor with the tray attached. We did this with my 6 month old daughter. She leaned forward and the whole seat tipped over. This is very unsafe baby product. I am very unhappy and would never recommend this seat to any parent due to it being dangerous.

The product, in the report: Ingenuity chair top high chair - Sumner

This is a product attached to the Report No. 20140429-C302E-2147445003 I filed. My baby’s legs were cut on a high chair. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement also had the same sharp edge like the chair I already owned. The replacement they sent me was a different model, which is why I’m filing this report. This report is for the replacement.
